    "The State Bank of Pakistan (SBP) has introduced interest-free loans for women, as announced by Fazal Muqeem, Deputy Chief Manager of SBP in Dera Ismail Khan, during a seminar on women's bankability and banking equality at the Government Polytechnic Institute (GPI) for Women in Karachi."

    "Muqeem highlighted the empowerment potential of supporting women in launching businesses, emphasizing the positive impact on their families and children's education. He also noted that entrepreneurship could be a vital solution to address the challenges of rising prices and unemployment among women, with government and SBP collaboration aimed at transforming unemployed women into productive citizens."


"Unemployed women are being included in new policies that grant them bank accounts and access to interest-free loans up to Rs500,000, mirroring the privileges given to men. Muhammad Zubair, Assistant Director, urged the adoption of digital technologies and encouraged citizens to become tax filers for tax relief. Sara Khan, Principal of GPI for Women, thanked SBP for supporting self-reliance among students and anticipated numerous future beneficiaries of this policy."
