Naseem Shah expresses his emotions following his omission from the 2023 World Cup squad.

Pakistan fast bowler Naseem Shah conveys his disappointment at being excluded from the 2023 World Cup squad due to injury. This follows Pakistan's announcement of their 15-player squad for the tournament scheduled for October and November in India.

Naseem Shah, the fast bowler, is replaced by Hasan Ali in the squad due to a shoulder injury sustained during the Asia Cup against India on September 11. Medical experts recommend surgery, and Naseem is expected to fully recover in three to four months.

Naseem Shah used a social media platform to convey his emotions, expressing his regret about not being able to join the national team for the upcoming event. Despite his disappointment, he maintains faith in a higher power and hopes to return to the field soon, as he wrote, "InshahAllah we will be on the field very soon Pakistan Zindabad."

The Pakistan squad for the upcoming event includes players such as Babar Azam (captain), Shadab Khan (vice-captain), and others like Shaheen Shah Afridi. Additionally, three traveling reserves have been named: Mohammad Haris (wicketkeeper-batter), Abrar Ahmed (mystery spinner), and Zaman Khan (fast bowler).
